Andrew Chambers has been working in the West Australian events industry since the 1980s starting as a band member in a long time ago band. Since that start he has gone on to work within the Industry at all levels:

• Lighting designer, rigger and operator

• Sound operation: FOH and monitors

• AV Technician & rigger

• Show Automation with Show Cue Systems

• Site designer and 3D manufacturing design in Vectorworks

• Event Planning, negotiation and administration.

• Risk Management Planning, Traffic and Parking Planning

• Site Management and event delivery

Past appointments include (and not limited to):

• Lighting and Production Guy @ The Red Parrot Nightclub, Berlin Nightclub, Ozone Bar, The Equator….a large number of very large dance parties for PRIDE Perth and various promoters.

• Technical and Operations Management for Perth International Arts Festival PIAF,

• Technical manager for Artrage Festival / Fringeworld,

• Production Manager for Supersonic Enterprises and Aaarrgh Promotions (Rockit Festivals 30k+, local, national and international touring artists),

• Manager Moonlight Cinema Kings Park and Sun Pictures Broome.

In between appointments Andrew has maintained a diverse portfolio of work with many companies until 2011 when he moved base to Broome WA where he is currently working with local companies such as Theatre Kimberley delivering large scale public events.

AC Production Design is the formalisation of an ad hoc freelance arrangement into a business servicing the needs of clients, primarily focused on the West Kimberley region of WA.

The business, as it has always has been, is focused on determining the best outcome for any client needing to deliver a public event of any description, indoors or out, remote or urban.
